You will help people discover and rediscover Lucas wine, get more comfortable with it, learn more about it, and enjoy it! We expect professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, the desire to educate and a friendly sense of humor from our team members. We provide all crew members with one on one instruction and a training manual so you can meet or exceed management and customer expectations.

Current Positions Available:
- Full Time Hybrid Position. This position including tasting room, marketing, event and office responsibilities. It is a leadership position with room to grow with the Lucas legacy.
- Part & Full Time Tasting Room Sales Associate
- Part Time Position for high schooler. Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
