9th & 10th-Cayuga Wine Trail Event-Mardi Gras

| Chase away the winter blues by joining us at our Mardi Gras event along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Experience the frivolity as you go from winery to winery receiving specialty Mardi Gras Beads, a chance to pick the lucky coin for instant prizes plus participate in a scavenger hunt for a sampler case of fine wines from the trail. At your starting point winery you’ll receive a wine glass, wine and food pairings and recipe cards at each winery plus those incredible beads. 9th & 10th –Cayuga Wine Trail Event-Say Cheese
| Savor the spectacular tastes of local artisan cheeses and fine wines along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Receive a wine glass, a wine charm from each winery and recipe cards as you travel along the trail experiencing perfect wine and cheese pairings. The name says it all “Say Cheeeese” so we’re again hosting a special “Say Cheeeese” photo contest so make sure to take all your favorite photos over the weekend and enter them via facebook or email. The winner will take home a Specialty Gift Basket from our local Creameries and Wineries. Participants are eligible to win one of our Grand Prizes from: Discovery Trail, Experience! You'll receive a souvenir wineglass, potted herb or veggie plants from Schaefer Gardens at each winery, a plant carrier, plus recipe cards. As you savor herb prepared cuisine, sip our fine wines so make sure to take home the recipes so that you can experience the event all over again at home. Make sure to buy your tickets early. There are a limited amount per weekend. |

15th –Lucas Vineyards Annual German Festival

On Sunday, September 15th from 12:30 to 4:30, Lucas Vineyards will be hosting their 16th Annual German Festival. Live Music by The Enzian Bavarian Band and Dancers, Grape Stomping , Grape Pies, German Food, Best German Potato Salad Contest (*judging will be at 2:30), Alphorn and Polka Contests, Balloon Art and Costumes with highlight the Festival. Lucas Vineyard’s Award Winning Rieslings and Gewürztraminer will be featured. This event is fun for the whole family. Rain or Shine (under the tents). $5 cover charge, 12 and under free, Free parking, No coolers permitted |
